Some people on this board only come out of the wood works when we lose to 'rip' in to the players & to be honest it's getting pretty pathetic.

Yes we didn't play well, yeah there was some silly mistakes from both senior & junior players but that's life just get over it & back the players.

I bet you my life savings that every player & coach knows they didn't preform well enough.

But have some perspective here, we were playing a team that's been to 4 consecutive grand finals ( they might not of won any but that's not the point).

We can't expect to win every game & play with 100% effort & commitment every week.

Rant over.

twenty minutes and we was keeping up to them, hard work and all at at our end



the pressure took its toll but I saw the lads kept going even if the mistakes was there

Anybody with any sense would know that we were going to have days/nights like these this season. The important thing is they learn from it and move on to the next game.

Can't fault the effort, 100% .

We are always going to struggle against the top teams, we all (should) know that.

As long as the efforts there, and the club are pushing us forward, come what may, they will have my 100% support.

Theres a few moaning but the fans that were there stayed until the end and gave the lads a good reception at the end.



Most of us know whats in store and are happy to support.



I'm enjoying this season more then previous seasons (1999, 2004 and 2008 excepted)

Its a roller coaster that, for a change I'm enjoying.

Reality check! We got exactely what we expected, to be beaten by one of the best teams in the league by quite a bit. It's happened before, it'll happen again. At least the effort is there, and the players know they can play alot better. It could be an awful lot worse, remember the back end of last season?

Nothing to be ashamed of. Saints can do that to anyone. Even teams full of international senior pros who have all shared a productive pre season together.

It was never going to be a banker away win,its done and over with lets move on because i`m sure we have other target games in front of us .

I agree that we can't expect to win every game, I am a realist, however I do expect 100% effort and commitment every week, any player not giving that should not be wearing the shirt. They are Proffesional sportsmen, they are in a privileged position so 100% commitment is not to much to expect.

Having arrived at the stadium last night a little pushed for time as we had to drive round on the coach looking for someplace to park, I settled down for what I hoped was going to be an entertaining defeat by what on paper and in the end reality a better side.



However what I didn’t expect was to be sat in front of supposed supporters who’s sole intention it was to pull the team to bits in it’s entirety from start to finish constantly commenting on every play on what they should and shouldn’t have done, and having cause to look round and realise these people have never picked up a ball in the past.



I am a big believer that if you have paid your admittance fee you have the right shout out if your not satisfied with what you have purchased, but come on we had a team full of young lads packed with potential, but if people like those mentioned continue no confidence, playing against seasoned professionals who will target these young lads so lets get behind them For We Are Wakefield Together We Are Stronger.

Well said, our youngsters are showing great potential and John Kear is the man to bring it out, just hope they want to stick with Trinity.
