You never cease to amaze me - stating an interview with a player is totally irrelevant! Gleeson's thoughts on his future at the club and how the players have been performing is still very relevant.

We already know Smith wanted to keep Jimmy involved and that Jimmy is happy to work with him.

That is the party line and no one is going to say anything different.

Ive never ever heard Tony Smith say anything about the Warrington job or indeed Jimmy Lowes and his position at the wolves.

Is there any point bothering with the Press Conference then? The 'news' has already been leaked to the Associated Press, it would seem.
