A very well organised and disciplined performance tonight, in greasy conditions we handled the ball superbly. We were helped by Workington being delayed in Traffic and the clearest red card offence that i have ever seen (if that happened on the street and was caught on camera there would be court proceedings). Pleased Leigh beat Halifax the game with Leigh a week on Friday should be a cracker. It was mentioned on Premier Sports tonight we last lost at home in the league last May does anybody know the actual number of games and is it a club record ?

Good performance job done great defensively the sending off made it pretty plain sailing although i think it would have been anyway, alot less dropped balls/mistakes from us fully back on track



I must say full credit to the town fans that made the trip they never shut up good on them

Eagles never really got out of 2nd gear, mainly because they didn't have to.

Dreadful game, one of the worst I can remember. Don't necessarily agree about our ball handling, thought we still coughed up too much possession, granted they were tricky conditions. Superb defensive effort though, got to be happy keeping a clean sheet, regardless of how many men you're playing against.

well played eagles, very proffesional job. it shows that we have a bit to go before we can compete (away from home anyhow) with the likes of you and fev. i thought our lads showed heart and character considering the travel, the sending off and have 5 of our regular 17 missing. i know youlads had some missing but you have better strength in depth which is a credit to your squad. i can see you going on to win it now, so good luck for the rest of the year.
