Rochdale Cobras played Higginshaw at higgs on sunday in a local semi final on the smallest pitch in the world....no room for our backs...nightmare lost 30-18, if you go there leave ya backs at home n bring more forwards!!!!!

Their pitch is a joke, even worse that you have to walk over a perfectly good pitch to get to the one they play on (I'm assuming you played on the same one we did). Fair play to Leyland getting a result there on Saturday, it plays to Higginshaw's strengths and their home record is good this season.



We've got Leyland away next week, big game for us. Rested a few players who were carrying knocks this week and there's only one player definitely out next week so looking pretty strong.

Yeah we played well mate, was never really a contest, glad we got a nil on the board because we could have nilled Mayfield twice the two weeks before that but for silly errors. Fair play to Irlam if they scored 50-odd on the same pitch that we played Mayfield on, it was a tip. I'm guessing they played on the main pitch though.

big slip up for us that on saturday but everything is still open yet. We have too play Irlam twice yet and you men cant wait for that 1. Wouldnt rule us out of promotion but will be very hard you men and Irlam seem too be playing someawesome rugby. Then you cant rule out Higgy Pilks and Cadishead still a lot too play for. Know what you mean about Mayfeild but tbh most grounds in our league aint the best

our pitch is quite bad recently too

that will be a tough 1 fore you men this weekk. Good young team Leyland fit and organized they just arent aggressive enough and you can bully them aroiund will be a good match that. We got Caddy at home thats going to be a right tough slog out we owe their forwards 1 and they will get it weekend

Yeah was a real good game against Leyland last time, every game's a big game now though we can't afford to slip up so we're preparing for every game the right way. Cadishead will be another tough game for you men.

true true has much as it hurts too say its between you and Irlam now you played them men yet?? think we will be too stron g for Cadishead at home be a good one though. Leyland will have a lad coming off bench with long hair strong and quick got to gang tackle him dont allow the 9 too jump and they dont offer too much. They get a role on and they cando a lot of damage. We didnt win the ground enough against them men

im not so sure the top 2 will be caught now mate but we will carry on and c wot happens. got a chance to peg irlam back this weekend but thats easier said than done. should have 1 or 2 players back as well, lost a few players to the 1st team since xmas which is quite annoying

thats true but we aint writing it off just yet even though its going to be extremly difficult to break the top 2. We have Irlam too play twice and New springs again yet. We know we have the team too beat anyone we just got too bring it all together benn a very good league tis year wereas last year we could have a bad game and win this year its diffrent every single team has improved.
