Peacock won't be available, unfortunately. Still the pack isn't the problem really.

Fox is the only one with a realistic chance of going but it's still a great achievement for the other two.



Fox has done really well to rightly force his way back into contention. Watts has had a tremendous season and has definitely got the potential to be a future England International if he can keep up the progress seen this season. I don't think Murrell will ever play for England but it's a massive pat on the back for The Drighlington Dynamo to get into the train on squad.

Richly deserved , especially pleased for Scott after the way Justin messed him about at the start of the year...really changed our season when he realised the error of his ways..be interesting to see what shirt Scott gets next year..

I think you'll find that was Clint Newton's fault Lazzington.

TBH the only one I would take is Watts, he would benefit from the experiernce as he is likely to be a future test player. Scotty isn't an international and Fox is poor defensively and will get shown up against the Aussies IMO, but he is no worse than some on the list, we are very weak in the back division compared to Aus and NZ

Tompkins has to play at full-back IMO and with Widdop in there, there's no real need for Briscoe.



Watts will probably just be in there for the experience at this point.



However, I do feel there is a chance Murrell may actually get a shot because I think Sinfield will be used as a hooker again, Tompkins will be used as a full-back, O'Loughlin may (possibly) be used as a centre and also the number of injuries to half-backs i.e. Eastmond, Pryce, McGuire all out. McNamara may put Scotty in at loose-man and use him as a kicker cos we can't go on playing the Aussies & NZ without having someone in with a decent kicking game...

Murrell won't be on the plane. Scott is a great clubman, and has comfortably stepped up to SL level since our promotion. However, his lack of any pace whatsoever will prevent him gaining international honours.



Doesn't make him a poor player, he just doesn't warrant selection for the national team.
