I'm aware of the story, and also of their not-so-secret desire to buy into Leeds given a chance. That's why I used the phrase 'you would think' in my post. It seems counter-intuitive to increase the value of a club they wish to buy and decrease the value of a club one of them already has a stake in.

It's not counter-intuitive, it's f'ng idiotic!



But that's what happens when people with small minds own sports clubs I am afraid.

With this lot you never know what they are doing and for what reasons



They got there money back from the Gateshead mess and ended up with FC. I bet the club is worth quite a bit over what they bought into back in 1999. They must have some cash return over those years since they came with Richo. I do remember in the early years some one on the board being "paid" £30ish for some sort of advice one year which caused a bit of a stir at the time.



There must have been other " advice sessions " as well.



The whole ethos at the club changed direction when Bomber and Trish left, it became a whole lot less customer (fan) focussed. Those two did so much to help put this club on its way to success and to some extent the present regime have been feeding of that ever since.

Thank you Ian, i rest my case, until we can shut our selves of KH, this club is going know where.

Kirke started his career at Rovers and had stints with Dewsbury and York before Leeds snapped him up. You had ample time and opportunity to sign him if you wished so i dont think the Hetheringtons can be blamed for that one!

She was here when we won the CC and got to the GF. And she isn't the majority shareholder, so the rest of the BOD could overrule her if they wanted. Are they all in on this scheme as well?



More likely it's complacency and a baffling inability to see that they will lose passholders if the situation isn't rectified sharpish.

Because Leeds were tracking him? I know that Leeds had (have) a link up with York but if thats true it is staggering.
