when he used to come on the pitch i used to think 'oh no'
but at the moment hes putting in some good performances, can only get better
hes done well to keep going with all the half the hull fans have give him, cant of been easy

Just goes to show what a little patience can do. It was obvious he had the talent and all round game to be a good player at this level but he just needed time to gain some experience and improve his decision making. The fact he was asked to direct the team at his age and level of experience last year was the main reason he struggled. Time will tell if he will ever make it as an automatic choice in any position at the club but he should be given the chance to prove himself IMO.

Thought Tommy had his worse 30 mins of the season first 30. He gave a couple of murder balls that cost us possesion and no coincidence that we looked better from 30 mins onwards when Houghton came on.
I'd still stick with Lee and houghton as the rotating 9s though

My thoughts exactly, the change with Houghton could not com quick enough for me. His worst game for a while but would stick with him and Danny at 9 for now. Berro to 7, Washy at 6 and Horne at 1 until Motu comes back then Horne to 6 and Washy to 13. |

But we wont move Radders. Agar has said that he wants to play like Saints and they always use a running prop type of 13. What he forgets it that theyve got Long and Pryce in the halves too!! We need an extra pivot that maybe they dont. |

Berro has always been a natural 7 anyway 
Lee and Houghton are putting Berro's performances from the start of the season to shame - for me he has shown in glimps his world class talent but has not lived up to hype - i would rather leave lee / houghton there and spend his and crocker's money signing Orford |
