No we arent content but calling for the coaches head in the middle of a slump isnt the way to go.IF we are out of the cup and out of the 8 then yes we do look at Gentles postion,all we can do is get behind the team and hope the victorys come.

And for your information ive been an FC fan for 34 years now since the age of seven. I attended every final weve been in since 79 and for many years was at every home game and indeed most away. That was until the Agar/Sharp/Hetherington years then my taste for the way the clubs run, the endless idiots in charge, the constant bull coming from the club simply turned me off. Im not the only one. I still follow the team through the media, ive bought a polo and fleece this season and ive attended three games with my wife and kids though wasnt impressed just like the previous 5+ years. All i want is for this club to be successful as i love Hull FC but i also can see when things are not going wright. I was one of the first to call for the previous two coaches heads and a regime change and took abuse for that and here we are again, weve took a chance in Gentle which is typical FC and its gone wrong again. Pearson isnt doing what we all thought he was going to do either. One knackered star signing along side the loss of three leaving (Briscoe plus Moa and Manu) already then the rubbish hes brought in do not fill me with any form of hope that anything will change for two to three years at least. If your happy to meander along with no hope of anything whilst the club bigs up our chances and fleeces everyone then knock yourself out but i know im not.

Not going to get into a slanging match with you Seb (in fact I think you make a number of valid points) but I doubt Pearson is laughing very much at all. He's probably invested quite a sizable amount with limited return for the mediocrity we are seeing.

I'm sure the club have made massive improvements behind the scenes and we will, hopefully, reap the rewards in years to come, however the on field offering is poor and take out the wire and leeds wins and the defeat against wigan and we have been no better than average, and often poor, in the rest of the games this season. 5 home defeats already is unacceptable and things need turning around quickly

Least we aint been nilled at home (yet) this year, unlike the previous 4 years.
