To me, Radford’s problem was he followed the Bradford model from when he was a player. Big players all over the pitch but when that stopped working, he, like Bradford has no plan B.

I always had a feeling about Ma’u and his thoughts on our training techniques. How true is it that both players named did actually go to ask for a release?

Ultimate respect to Pearson for what personally must have been a difficult choice.
