I'd but a dust pan and brush and have a clean sweep in terms of coaches at the club and bring in a coach with proven quality and credentials and let them bring in their own backroom staff.

The squad isnt bad imo, and will be better if/when Crocker and Lauaki get here. Its the coaching set up and the mindset of the coaches that think we are a 5 drives and a kick side when we are capable of a lot more |

I'd spend it on a new coach and spend more money getting him the right coaching staff, no point signing players under the current coaching regime.
But if it has to go on a player, and it's only 100k then I think Myler would be the best bet. The likes of Burgess for example would cost more than 100k
