I think people are expecting it not to happen because were used to things not going our way. If it doesn't then so be it, but for me it's great to see the club going all out for someone of chases calibre. If someone had told me 2 years ago we'd have ap in charge, new training base, new coaching staff, investment made in the academy etc plus the signing of g ellis and going this close to gettin chase I'd of thought they were crazy

Why is he making it up. He's signed pending visa. I would guess you cannot apply for a visa for a player unless he is contracted to you. Do you really think Pearson is going to spend all that money on expensive lawyers to let Warrington step in

My understanding was that chase was now looking at some human rights angle giving him leave to stay and work in the UK indefinitely due to him having a parner and child in the UK. If that's the case then I'd expect he could work for who he wants if he's successful. I'd hope we would have an agreement in place with chase but how enforcable it would be I don't have a clue (and neither does anyone else on here).

Chase is not applying for a personal visa, Hull are applying for him on his behalf and fronting the legal side of things. Cas have already said that Chase wants to join Hull, the deals is all agreed. If he gets a visa he's ours and if not Cas have a problem as they are left with a player who doesn't want to be there and whose visa runs out before his contract does.

I would add that I don't think he will get a visa, AP wasn't overly confident in the press conference.
