I say this having sat high up in the West Stand yet could see nothing wrong, so why Ganson from 10 yards away couldn't spot these were clear tries is beyond me.

Whiting try was suspicious to me in the west stand, he looked a tad offside.

Yes. Makes a change from people critisizing him, but today I think he had a decent game. Did get abit over keen with the video ref, but a part from that nothing else to grumble about. Well done Mr Ganson.

Tbh I still don't think Berrigan's was a try.

Thought Ganson was consistent for both sides.

You cannot blame him for going to have a look at Berrigans try.

Thing about Ganson is is has 2 styles of refereeing and you never know which one you are going to see.



Yesterday was his "let the game flow" style, which is the better of the 2, and similar to how he reffed Cardiff '05.



His other darker side is the pedantic fussy interfering whistle-happy little turd, like we had at Odsal in the cup last year.



You just don't know which version is going to turn up !



Overall I think he had a fair game, which is all you can ask for. I have no problem at all in going to video ref - it never hurts to check a decision IMO.

I agree. My only gripe was it was a very skinny 10 at time, but overall one of his better games.
