I have read all these comments about how Ted would give his shares away if the right person came along. Anyone who believes that probably starts their day with the words 'Once upon a time'. The fact is although he and his BoD have kept us a float and in the league they are also the causes of our downfall. No proper business man would plough money into something and then get rid of it for nothing, especially one who is in an IVA.

I'm here! 
It's not usual, and it is difficult, but there are things being done to secure the future of the club. The issue which interrupted the payments is resolved and normal trading has returned, but you are right - the 22nd October is absolute key to everything going forward and I hope that would put any personal issues to one side and join us by the Town Hall on that day to support the future of professional sport in Wakefield.

In all fairness what could he do ? Tell The Sun it was all false ? Even though the rumours of it been all over the players facebook pages appeared on here at the beginning of the week. |

I don't really go for all the "we're doomed" posts so I would probably be tagged as a club supporter but not paying people who work for you is the worsed form of mismanagement. Nees to be sorted quick and something put in place to make sure it doesn't happen again.
The receptionist being layed off is not a good enough excuse.
So I still support the club, cos that is what suporters should do in my opinion...........but I don't support a management team who do this.
