That then begs the question - why bring someone from Australia that your not sure of?



What if - Frank is a sensation, ideally suited to SL and come the end of the season cousin Willie says why don't you come to Headingley? Bye, bye Frank.

Does seem a strange one. I do think he will do well in SL and he will prove to be a very good signing by Kear.



Hope he will get a longer contract if indeed he gets another one at all. Only time will tell.

But at this point we may be unable/unwilling to commit to a longer deal,subject to which players we are retaining/offering new contracts to.

It'll keep his mind focused on the job. He also needs to adapt to his new surroundings and the different style of game. Not an unreasonable decision to make for a relatively unproven player.

I like the fact he seems to be a ball playing back rower, something i think we've lacked so far this year!



If he's sensible and doesn't just throw the ball about for no reason then he could be a brilliant addition to the squad!
