Don't forget that the cap drops to something rediculous like £300k. BJ will be one of the clubs higher earners, and, no offence to him, but, he isn't the type of player to build a squad around. Or have as the 'star signing' if you will.

obviously its really crap for them ive been in the same boat as them at a company.not saying jeffries is a hanger on just that he has a good contract with us and plays first team, more than he would get at other teams.

With respect any of your players being offered a deal past this year at a club 'guranteed' a franchise would but soft not to take it! It's just a shame it's all come about during the start of the season!



Plus a few good players already gone (maybe good mates) and could be thinking in for a very difficult season and be looking for a new club for 2012+ in a few months anyway!

all ways family first, just thinking long term for jeffries might be better at wakey even though we will be in the championship. and he would be a good role model for the younger players. plus like you said about the salary cap in ther championship, cas had brough down there so think we could have jeffries if he wanted to stay.
