Would be pleased if we did get him back,thought he was one of the best players we had at the time.

My only concern is that the signings are solid but they are not going to bring the stay aways back and get us pushing for top 6.

Still alot better than we were looking this time last year and nice for us to be raiding other clubs for once instead of other way round and on 2/3 year contracts.

Agree, we need a few more signings like this. Players who have shown good form In their respective teams.



But we do need one or two marquee signings. Possibly at SO and a Centre.



Leon Pryce for me would be a good signing for SO who is available. On a 2 year.

This IMO is a myth, players don't get people through the door results do. You produce a team that is top six no one will care who's in it - at the same time big name signings are no guarantee of success just ask Hull fans.

Don't entirely agree.If the club are wanting to promote itself as on the up it needs to get some names in to rouse peoples interest to compliment the young players and the signings we are making.

Do agree about results as we have seen over recent years when "big" teams struggle their crowds go down slightly but at Wakey we rarely get the better players so I think these could get people in.

Agree in the main but there is something to be said for getting people to take notice of the club with a big signing. As you say they don't always come off on the field though so it has to be a considered aquisition

Hasn't done bad since he left Trinity but I haven't see more than a handful of times but tbh I thought he was a knock on machine when he was here last.

Would be happy to see Olive back thought he improved with us and when he left was even managing to keep hold of the ball every time! Whoever is doing the recruiting seems to have their finger on the pulse.
