To fill the North Stand and the first block of the East Stand you would need to have sold approximately 4,800 tickets.

as predicted the attendance predictions have been blown out

so the crowd in my oppinion will be about 22,000 inclding 4,000-4,500 Wire fans.

what you have to look at that though is

a) it was the last ever game at KR before they move

b) we actually thought the bad run was going to come to an end, everyone wanted to claim 'i was there'

c) like you say, we've done ok against Wigan in the past

d) time of year, some people are on holiday now

e) Catalans away next week



a lot of factors went in favour for getting a big away support that day

just wait till friday then see,not all wire fans will be in north stand,so if north not sold out doesnt mean 6k wont be there.

So according to Mike Parsons of the impartial Warrington Guardian there were exactly BANG ON 6500 Wire fans there. Why not 6324 or 6752? Ill tell you why HES GUESSING!!

The estimates on here have been based on there being a 10% reduction for H&S, but that was actually increased to 15% during last season, so the North Stand allocation is approximately 4,500 - there were another 300 available in the East if required, and another allocation in the West should you shift the two previous allocations.

With us having 3,500 sold after yesterday we should fill the North then.



Do you think it will be a sellout?

Doubt it will be a sell-out, but I'd imagine over 21,000. Bit disappointed with Wire's following, was expecting them to sell out the North well in advance but I'd be surprised if they managed it now.

Good job there aint free/cheap travel to this one. They'd bring more than hull kr.
