I think one thing that needs to be taken out of it is the damage caused becuase no matter how serious an injury is the punishment should be the same. If he had of got up played the ball and had no injuries the punishment from the RFL should be the exact same as if he had of broke his jaw as the intent to cause injury was still there.
The RFL really need to get a grip of what punishments they are dishing out because at the minute they are a joke and are so inconsistant
