I'm pretty sure if they both stood next to each other his head would be higher than Moz's shoulder and Moz didn't jump in the tackle which would conclude it's the attacking players fault.

A shoulder charge isn't illegal unlike in union.



Moz stood his ground and dropped the shoulder, no swinging arm. It was just his intention to hit him hard the fact it was the guys face is just bad luck for him.

Penalty given, not cited, no ban, end of story, get over it.

Lets be honest, unless you are in a wigan shirt, very little gets done and you can cite so many examples its unreal:

Sean Long, allowed to play in the CC final before he was banned for betting after waiting weeks for the hearing.

Leon Pryce trying to take Brian Carneys head off at Old trafford(knock on Wigan ??)

Onthe other hand, we tackle round the legs and get a ban, Look at the ref in a funny way and get a penalty against us!!! go figure.

It goes back a very long way to the officials of today totally resenting Wigan as their own team were smashed by them in the early nineties. It will always happen and always be denied but the RFL could not run a P**up in a brewery and are so bent that they find it difficult to lie straight in bed.

That said, the big bonus is that no one else can be Wigan, we are the best, set the benchmark and wind everyone else up when we do well. Great innit !

Now before this goes the same way as most Wigan/Wire threads, i.e. locked, can we please cut out the personal insults?

i thought it was a carless tackle (made contact with the head) and it deserved a penalty and maybe a warning letter but in no way should that get a ban or get a thread talking about it.

Neither should a tackle on the thigh which leads the tackled player to fall awkwardly, but the world almost ended in some corners of British RL.



This thread is basically about double-standards, which is very worthy of discussion.

I am involved in a discussion here which is one of my first. if i have broken any rules please point them out and i will try to rectify.

I wouldn't be as keen on hiding behind the rules as you seem to be. The first time you issued a challenge to be shown which rule had been broken, someone very quickly responded and showed you.



However, you are correct on this occasion. There are no rules preventing you posting on other clubs' message boards.



But when a Warrington fan only seems to want to post on the Wigan message board he mustn't expect to be taken too seriously.



But as you say, you are new - so maybe you'll rectify that in due course.
