It's nice that somebody can see some sort of positives, it's really hard to motivate a group of people (i.e. the players) by only pointing out the negatives.

Yeah Richard Owen. He's only 19 aswell but has been in and around their first team for a couple of years.

Phelps looks like an overseas player that could play for years and years over here imo. He never got a fair crack of the whip in Australia and looks very settled here. I can see him being our Mick Withers.



As for Owen he'd be a player i'd keep an eye on because he can play in a couple of positions and theres always the possibility that Phelps will be moved to centre when Carmont hangs up the boots.



Alot will depend on when guys like Carmont and Roberts move on.
