I thought we started quite well but 5 mins in we started playing our usual home rugby and for the next 15 mins we looked flat. The change happened when Feka, Fielden and Riddell came on and we looked like a pretty good side.



Cas were very dirty throughout the game and they were offside and made it difficult for us, they came with those tactics and it didn't quite work.



Our defence was superb for most of the game and we should of kept them to less points really.



With a little more composure in attack we will win next week defending like that.

Wigans defence only looked good because Cas were absolutely clueless in attack

Our defence was immense. Cas came with tactics to rile us and it didn't work. They targeted Phelps in particular and he took a good few shots from a few Cas players. We were our own worst enemy tonight - having a ref who has no bottle didn't help. We need to improve massively for next week. Carmont & Sam looked to have picked up knocks & Fielden came back on with his left leg heavily strapped in the second half.

Could say that about Hudds last night.

To be fair Wigan were just as bad you added your fair share of the same. Cas were their own worst enemies tonight and really handed the game to you in the first half. You will need to improve drastically to get any further in the comp.

As will Saints.

We were poor, Cas were worse.

I am pretty sure they would beat us at their place playing like they did against Hudds.

I'm not sure Cas reached a kick play on the 5th tackle more than 3 times in the first half, absolutely shocking.



Another dreadful game to finish a terrible weekend. Things can only get better!

We played alright plenty to work on, just glad we had Cas I think Catalans would have given us a much harder game.

Spot on. Cas did everything they could to give us that game in the first half. We were so flat in attack it was unbelievable. I remember at one point close to their line Locky took the ball as second receiver and all three outside players were stood in front of him. Need to improve drastically if we are to stand a chance next week. Saying that though we could be playing Hull KR at the right time with the amount of injuries they seem to be picking up.

When Sherwin was in Oz he was routinely listed as one of the many halves that put the Brits to shame.



He's one of the worse 7's I've ever seen come over here from Oz, terrible player.

Said last weekend i hoped we got Cas and thank god we did.



We'd have lost to every other side in the play offs playing like tonight but you can only beat whats put infront of you.
