Always viewed utility players as someone who ain't good enough to play in any set position?

Or on the flip side, players who are good enough to play a multitude of positions - these natural talents though are rare. For me Cudjoe is what I would call a real utility back.

And as for Kermit I don't think his sojourn under Kear did him much good.

Kirmonds shifting of position did him no good either

not just Danny. When Browny asked the senior players who they believed was the starting 17, all but 1 included Raleigh, but Brown still ignored them and did so again about whether other players should be continued in the team. You live and die by your decisions as a head coach, and he fluffed this season for us all.

Or Andy's, Horne's, Bruno's, Gilly's.....

must be why they are players and not coaches

and why we lost in the CC quarters and 2 playoff games. This coach has never won anything at any club, he has improved the side as a coach, that does not mean he can pick the right team.



You also have to question why a head coach was asking advice from players and not taking it. He really had no idea what his best side was.



He is weak. The payers need to be led. They need to know what they are doing and the reason for doing it. They essentially need to 'buy in' to his philosophy. How can they follow a man who asks their advice and ignores it over and over again, knowing that at the drop of a hat he'd be coaching in Australia?

I really wish I could find the humour in the season ending as it did.

it ended long before the leeds loss for us as i pointed out a few times we were going no where. not that im happy about it!
