kev brown is a very good player indeed, however i wonder whether he would be better suited to centre,which is where he started out? he has good feet,good passing skills a fair bit of pace and trickery, im not sure if he's all that good an organiser/playmaker to be a top stand off.
i think we should look at a top class stand off and move kev to centre,anyone else?

nope.
not many better stand offs in super league whos going to replace him if he moved to centre? and do you really think nathan brown will drop wardle and cudjoe out of the centres!

Agree 100 % as would everyone else once they saw what a difference it would make.
If Nathan wouldn't drop Wardle or Cudjoe why the hell are we so desperate to sign Murphy or am I missing sommert? |

I saw Kev Brown play centre for Wigan Loads of times. Total waste of his talent.
He's a stand off and in the top 5 in Superleague.

It appears that he is trying to address an imbalance in the squad by reducing the number of second rowers and increasing the depth in the centres. This should see us cope better with injuries in that area and it is crystal clear to everyone that we have too many second rowers. |

I would feel a bit happier if some of these centres were swapped for PROPS |

With Bruno moving to second row, if it's still happening, then we do lack depth in the centres and you can understand one more coming in. I think you possibly mean second rowers going to props. If Molloy, Fairbank and Sarsfield are going to get game time next season it will mean the likes of Gilly, Fooey, LO'D, Chan, Bruno(?), Fergy and Doof missing out and that assumes that Raleigh and Kirmond are moving on. Definitely a huge number of second rowers there.

All those second rowers and yet our best second rower Fa'alogo (the only one who seems to be able to break a line) is going prop next season...

There are changes to the subs set up that will require our forwards to play longer minutes. Doof has played up front in the NRL before, it wont be that big a thing to him. His main task is to stay fit IMO.

weighs more than ferguson, gilmour and same as kirmond....other second rowers.
not sure if back row is his position but looks like its going to be next season with the wing and centre spots taken
great for utility value for the squad though |
