Alan I can`t see LSV being of the same opinion. My source tells me that Centurions pay 10% thats approx £4k in revenue.based on the figures he gave me, Last seasons average of 1750 would have generated approx £1900 per fixture x 13 approx £25k, he also says that Blackburn Rovers pay around £5K for the use of the stadium per fixture. If these figures are factual then it doesn't make good reading.

Sorry to hear about the problems of Genesis. I normally go at least 2 games a season but not been since the move - just not got round to it.

Wasn't it agreed when the initial contracts were signed that both Leigh Centurions and Leigh RMI (as they were then known) would be allowed to play at the new stadium in return for the sale of Hilton Park to part fund it? Surely it was and if it wasn't then why the hell did they sign the agreement?

I would put Saints in front spot. Only for the fact that their fans would probably easily travel to us.

Saints have to be in top spot because of this season being their last at Knowsley Road and no sign of the new ground. And they'd near the top spot in the LSV's minds as well, even if they don't fancy matching Blackburn's £5k a game.

Are the people who changed the name to Genesis still involved there? Maybe they should look at moving out of the town or back to Horwich. They've struggled for support in Leigh for years sadly.

The ground can only hold just over 12.000 this wouldn't be big enough for Stains.
