As well as Ridyard has done we need another player to fill his position to win something. Well if that is the thinking then why should Ridyard bother?



And why when we are doing so well for the first time in years do people keep harping on about new signings? What areas can we imporove and what players would we have to bring in.

Why stretch and stretch our limited funds when by keeping some to one side untill next season could lead to that "big superstar" signing a lot seem to be hankering for.

Not a slant on Riddy hes been the most improved player at the club and is learning fast but we need to tick boxes for 2012 and realistically need to win something this year.

Instead of signing Henry Paul, i'd rather spend some of that money on contracts to key members of the team, Ian Millward for one. Taylor, Armitstead, Ridyard and Jock would be my other picks as I think Hill signed a 2 or 3 year contract.



I'd also rather spend the money on younger players, maybe try to sign up on of our dual reg players.

Millward is on a three year deal, if he wants to go a ten year deal wouldnt stop him, still asking what has changed since Millward said we had no more money 'in the pot'?

If Henry comes he wont be playing stand off he will slot superbly into the loose forward role he was outstanding for the Quins in that position

I think weve got plenty of young players coming through. What we need at the moment is a bit of guile and experience to unlock defences as shown on Tuesday. Whatever Henry would cost im sure most of it would be covered by increased gate receipts and sponsorship.
