Surely LISA can change the mandate to "cash will be allocated to any cause that the committee see fit under the circumstances". That would include paying players, propping up the finances, paying the kit cleaning bill for example????

I keep hearing people state that the Corporate Club are looking to match LISA's ambition of £60k, it even says that on the official site - is this hearsay or have Sean/Martin actually stated this as a goal officially?

Instead of putting it for all to see, especially as it is your question. Why not just PM or ring Lynda. Personally I think the fact you state there is no ulterior motive means there is a small ulterior motive. Just giving it another little stir eh mo. I am sure Sean or Martin can speak for themselves if they need to.

Lynda isn't in the CC to my knowledge Demo and its stated on the official site under the LISA announcement but I couldn't see a CC one, so I wondered if anyone had seen something. My position on the solution is clear, its a fans/local business partnership - the reason for stating no ulterior motive was to stop personal posts like yours. We do not need infighting at this stage, LISA will get on with what its doing others will do their bit in their way, it will add up when we will need it.

To be honest, I have heard very little about the Corporate club since it was set-up. Maybe the members like to keep things low key on purpose which is their prerogative, but it would be nice to hear what role they see themselves playing in the future to augment what LISA is very publically trying to do.

I know that Fred and I was asked if we could put together a fans/individuals 'member' for that group, but I hadn't seen any public announcement about the £60k goal stated on the official site.
