he should win an award............for being a tool! he hasnt been to a game for ages! but is always the first on the front of the journal/reporter. obviously whoever writes the reports isnt very good at their job

Obviously wrongly labeling this person a Leigh fan (never mind a loyal fan) is insulting to the ones that do actually make the effort. But the flipside is, this Mr Nobody has managed to get the club some local headline news focus that would not have happened otherwise because of his lets say strange ways

If I was a newcomer to the town thinking about taking the kids to watch that RL game played in that great stadium, having that cretin associated in any way would put me off.

I think its just a case of the Reporter and Journal having absolutely nothing interesting to report for 47 of the 52 weeks in a year so they have to create stories. Personally I dont see the point in the newspapers anymore, who actually puts one of the free papers down and thinks 'What a good read that was!' (bar the sports section)

The only thing its good for is finiding a tradesman in an emergencey, having a nosey to see if anyone in your street has been to court, oh and your Grandma and Grandad seeing how many people they can outlive in the obituaries section.

I think that people should really take note that this lad is not a full shilling and rather than pour scorn over anything he does he should really be pitied. I think the local rags see him as the village idiot and probably have a giggle over each others articles with him in. I have seen this kid around Leigh since I was 13 and have seen evil kids spit on him and beat him because of the way he is. Lets not be like those kids and let him have his bit of a crack.
