I found 122 frighteningly low so its good to see growth and momentum building - thank God for Lynda. Great news, who's took over?

An organization like LISA will only come to the fore in times of trouble , therefore no ' trouble ' and LISA membership will dwindle , we have put a finite date on the initiative to encourage more to join , hopefully within the time span we have set , the benefits of LISA to the club and also to the membership can become prominent enough to retain a large percentage

To be fair I think LISA already had it's act together. It was complacent fans like myself that didn't. Easy to criticize others but harder to point a finger at yourself !

Whilst I agree it's easier to drum up new members in a crisis it shouldnt be difficult to keep hold of members during good times. They need to be engaged and fully understand what their hard earned cash has gone to. There is no reason at all why membership can't remain high when we leave this tunnel.

I hope it isn't just LISA who learn from that statement Ste. Communication, transparency and engagement are vital for our clubs future. Leythers will support a cause they believe in a and are part of.

No , Leythers will sit on their hands and moan about the price of beer at the LSV , having to buy tickets fir the game , why we don't have a club shop and a multitude other things if they think somebody else is willing to pay for their entertainment



LISA hasn't learned anything from any statement , it already knew that eventually we would be in this situation , it has tried to organize events and money making initiatives , but on the whole they haven't been supported



If whoever comes in just follows the same pattern that has gone before we will be in the same situation we currently are again in a few years

What is interesting is that the last three posters all have different opinions of how the club needs to operate in the future



Two of them are happy for Leigh to remain a charity , one will only be happy when it becomes a true business
