If he was 25 he'd struggle adapting but 35 ? I can't see him being more than just publicity. Hope he proves me wrong but can't see it

It's just a signing to get bigger crowds in and generate some publicity.



How can anyone expect a 35 year old union player to adapt to RL.

Agreed, just look at Rauhihi for example, 36 when he retired and still hadn't got the hang of it.

I`m sure he`ll have his own ideas of where he`d like to play.

Welsh club sign a very prominent 35 year old former Welsh RU international. Publicity stunt in an attempt to get more bums on seats and, maybe more importantly, make the Crusaders a more attractive proposition to younger top level Welsh kick and chasers.

It's a publicity stunt but a good one.



If it raises the game in Wales it's worthwhile.
