£250 raised prematch by the fans in the pub prior to the Widnes Away cup game paid for the "Formby Flag"
£200 raised at Crusaders away (In the pub next to the ground can't remember the name) is paying for a New flag (Design under wraps
).
There are about a dozen or so that have been paid for by individual fan/fans who designed/ordered their own, the other 10-15 have been paid for by the fans who meet regularly (Once a month or so In various pubs Town centre) and put their own cash in or have Flag Fund raising ideas.
We recently Auctioned 2 x Signed Players shirts to pay for another flag and this money will be allocated to a new flag, design will be agrred at the next meeting (At the Pub).
We had 4 or 5 donated at the first flag meeting we had in December 2009 & we currently have 25 with a further 2/3 in progress.
Each flag can cost between £120 & upto £220 for the more intricate desin=gns I.E Farrell flag.
We reckon there's about £3.5k worth so far.

As you will see from the above, quite a lot of activity takes place "At the Pub".
