Looking to buy one, would just like a few pointers.



What price do they tend to be? Contract and Pay as you Go? I have seen them for over £400 quid on ay as you Go which would work out the cheapest in the long run?



Also what are the benefits of this Smartphone to any other phone?

Best thing I ever bought, but I warn you now it will become an obsession! Oh and you will bore your family every 5 minutes with 'the latest new app' Contract is probably better option, depending on your usage. Watch out that you dont get stung on insurance though o2 is £15 per month but you can get cheaper through your home insurance

You have the internet at your finger tips, why would you not research sites like Orange, Carphone warehouse, Vodafone and gsmarena. You say you are not great with technology, you can post on a forum so I can’t see why you can’t research something you are looking to invest in.

Iphone all the way. All the others stay next best thing and try to beat the iphone, I fell for that last year and got the latest samsung smartphone touted iphone killer. Yeh right until you get an iphone.

Mines just the 3g 8gb and does the job superb. O2 currently do reconditioned ones still with one year warranty but with a reduced contract price.

As for insurance check your current account as a lot include mobile phone insurance. Mines with lloyds and covers the iphone free with bank account.

It will become an obsession though and it will go everywhere with you. It will never be out of your hand.

Don't go for any other phone if your thinking of getting an iphone, just get the iphone you won't be dissapointed.
