The season is getting closer, new players now in the squad, what songs do we have?

I just want a more of atmosphere this season.Last season was just dull and flat..

The usual generic dirge obviously:



"Barmy Army", "Wires 'Til I Die", "Der der der der der WIRES" (Carnival du Paris tune), with a few chants of "Easeh Easeh Easeh" thrown in when we score, after the obligatory "We All Hate Widnes" while playing a team a division above them of course.



Yawn.

that 'god bless' one we had was a good song however not many people knew it.

how about "chick,chick,chick.chick, chicken. lay a little egg for me"

Thing is any decent new song no one sings because they can't be bothered learning the words, but the short repetitive songs are dull and boring.



There was a group of people handing out small pieces of paper last year with the words to the Chris Hicks song, but still nobody bothered even though the first verse was very good.



I blame it on the 14-15 year old chavs with a small vocabulary.

how about green armyyyy since we now have a green kit...

why simply blamed it on the 14-15 year old chavs as you put it.... surely other people are to blame.. the people that sit down and barely cheer when we score. the people that stand aroudn me that never sing... the songs at warrington are poor.. but at least the "chavs" sing them songs and try and back the team. id rather have them singing rubbish songs than them not singing at all.

Not the scrotes that stand near us.



All they seem to do is have their back to the game whilst talking about crap, having their iPods in their ears, and pushing and shoving each other whilst annoying the **** out of everyone in the immediate area.

Agreed, should be thrown out or at least shoved in the corner!
