On the field I feel DJ didn't let us down. However some questions marks about his 'team spirit' means that this seems like the best thing for both parties. Good luck DJ, excited to see who we will get in.

IMO, he was/is an OK half back: suspect defensively, average in-game kicking, below average conversion taker, poor at taking on the line, good distribution to 3/4s. We [ishould[/i be able top replace that, I think.



Look at Saturdays match, for example: OK, his heart may not have been in it, but how many times was he tackled with the ball whilst taking on the defensive line......he wasn't, because he off-loaded EVERY time, and never once backed himslef, took on the line, and broke through. Compare this to, for example, Theo on Friday night for the U20s - he took on the line, and made numerous breaks: just what a half back should be doing.
