Our first game at The Willows on the 21st December 1901 strangely against Swinton a game we won 2-0 with a goal from the famous Jimmy Lomas in front of 16,981, but before that we played them at "home" 5 other times of which we only managed one win and one draw, scoring only 14 and conceding 28, bring the total of home games against Swinton to the following;
