I remember reading somewhere after Setanta went bust, that the UK had the highest TV figures outside Australia. Its not a matter of 'if' we get NRL back on our screens, but 'when'.

You think? It's ESPN or nothing I think and I wouldn't be surprised if we end up with a pay to view online service for NRL coverage. May suit a lot but not for me.

from what I saw of last years NRL, Channel 9 (which I watched mostly) was miles better than Fox..maybe i'm just a softy and Rabbits Warren Clinches it for me...



however i dont get to see the "in game" ad breaks that You aussies must get to see, which I didnt recall happening in fox matches...

Doesn't start while about mid-march so i dont think they'll be any news for at least another month or longer, that's if there is any news at all.

ESPN had the GF so i'd expect them to have it next year if anyone does, i dont think Sky will get it.

don't seem to be actually able to speak to anyone - you just get Ray Stubbs babbling on about subscribing...press 1/press 2 etc etc - nothing on their website either - all union am afraid.
