I like those chants in the right situation, I do think they are daft when nothing really is happening, though.

Not too bothered what the fans of teams want to chant. I'm usually just glad they do to create a decent atmosphere inside the grounds.

Leeds fans singing Leeds Utd songs

the generic "ultras" style song that most fans,especially away seem to sing these days,usually with no words just lots of ohhh's and laaa's.

i would much rather hear proper chanting that these tedious songs that every set of fans seem to sing now.

the irony last night,of them singing marching on together whilst the ground was emptying was not lost on me

So what do you suggest fans of clubs at the bottom should sing?

Don't a lot of fans use it. We use 'c'mon you reds' and FC use 'c'mon you 'ull' I have also heard 'c'mon you Bulls' so I don't think its just Saints.



Maybe sour grapes for being out played two weeks on the trot.

The one that bugs me is the "we hate Rhinos, we hate Rhinos", often sung at games when my team is not even playing Leeds.



A couple I like/liked were Warrington fans singing, "we're not y anymore" (open to debate!!) and one the Salford fans sang to the fat Aussie Wakey signed a couple of years ago as he warmed up on the touchline - " get your t*ts out for the shed"

It all adds to the armosphere.
