Well if its the 'old' company as you suggest, why is it registered at the Racecourse, Wrexham. Surely that would still be registered down south wales if a new company was setup. Petition was presented by the HMRC on 28th October.



Found the info re Celtic Crusaders in the London Gazette, couldn't find any reference to a Wrexham Crusaders

As a condition of the relocation the new owners were required to take on the liabilities of Celtic which is why the old company is now registered in Wrexham.

Simple enough explanation, but why haven't they sorted it and voluntarily wound it up before now. So yet again a RL club gives RL a bad name by defaulting on payments right left and centre, and walks away with a million quid of Sky money in its pocket to start again and rip off more hard working people.

According to Companies House records the Wrexham Crusaders Ltd proposal to strike off was issued on 28th September.

So all 'three companies' are up effectively?
