Time for the annual Wembley attendance thread. I don't think I have ever seen that many patches of red seats on the bottom tier. The top tier is an even worse story. Wonder what attendance the RFL are going to make up this time?

Embarrassing number of empty seats.
The CC needs to be scrapped and replaced by another Magic Weekend instead.
That's what the modern game needs... more Magic Weekends.

It's not that empty. Same old problem of club Wembley seats and with the WC on this year maybe some people have moved their annual trip to Wembley to later in the year. Rather than being a neutral they can go and watch a match as an England supporter.

I think Wembley looks bad when that middle tier is empty and it always will be for RL but even today there were empty seats in the bottom and top aswell |

I think there is a range of Club Wembley seats ranging from bronze to platinum. So they are not all the same. I don't think all seats are off the market for every game. That will be just the platinum ones. The rest have some kind of first refusal and key footy games. |
