Decent lad and a real shame for his career to end like this just as he was about to play in probably the best team he's ever played in alongside Blake Austin. If he's one of the best players you've ever seen though, you haven't watched many games.

It's not the same though, seeing them on the telly.
Shame for him as this season was probably his best chance to finally get close to some silverware. At a time when the sport has an embarrassment of bad behaviour and off-field antics, we can at least look at KB and applaud his professionalism and clean-cut lifestyle.

To be fair that's just his perception of the player, no body can take that away from him personally, some of the best players I have ever seen play the game may not be considered great and some allegedly great I would not rate at all.

Nobody wants to hear of a player call time due to injury. Good luck for the future to KB.
As for his best chance of silverware, he played in both finals in 2018. For some, it just doesn't happen.
