I think you were talking about diff people, some Withers, some PAV.

I hope it's just a spooky co-incidence that "PAV" is traditional trade shorthand for "Pre-Accident Value"

Ah Van has some goalkicking on his stats pages, not many, but I wonder if he sees himself as a potential goalkicker? Its certainly a department we have been lacking in since Deacs left and I've been hoping one of our signings is a decent goalkicker, and if Ah Van fancies a go the competition for kicking duties can only be useful IMO.

So I assume the original post you were quoting was referring to the fact both Hape and Withers were virtual unknowns but turned out to be good uns rather than Withers being a Kiwi (which he certainly isn't).
