Great News! Will be a massive boost to the team with Bateman coming back too, however would it not be wise to give him a couple of run outs with the u20's first to improve his match fitness as we did with Bateman?

Surely he'll get a couple of games at a lower level (Dews or U19s) assuming it's within the regs?

Perhaps he's been brought straight into the first team to cover for Blythe who is still a doubt for Sunday

I'm pretty sure this is the issue with the dual reg, he can't play for Dewsbury due to his visa and he isn't eligible to play for the academy either.



I guess the injuries to Walker, Blythe and Langley might well force Cummins hand a little. Bit of a gamble given the lack of contact training he has had but if the medics say he's good to go then he's worth the gamble.

..and sometimes the effects of medication can last for a while after they have been stopped. I guess it's going to be entirely up to the medics in the first instance. Got to be a no risks policy but should find out today according to the T&A.
