It's not England v Australia remember.

I don't support Leeds, but I still want British RL to do well. And as they are representing our competition then I hope they can beat the Aussies.

Precisely. People seem to forget that. I said the same when we were playing in it, I really don't care who else supports us and who doesn't. It's a club game, not an international game.



I don't agree that Leeds are representing our country or our league. It's simply a "super cup" style competition where it's champion of one competition against champion of another. No different to the European Super Cup in football (Champions League winner vs. Europa League winner).

Given that it's a club match you can support whoever you want I reckon. I tried supporting Leeds in the past in these games and end up sporting an Aussie accent and cheering on their opponents.
