There is nothing wrong with diskin what so ever, he is a good, consistant 80 min SL hooker,

Buderus however is the best 80 minute hooker of his generation who would have still been playing origin this year, most hookers world over can't compete with that.

Diskin has come in for a lot of unfair criticism on this board from the fekwits. For the last couple of seasons, and for this season, he has proved that he is a quality SL hooker.

What did he do, stand behind the posts and shout "come on chaps?"

More running from dummy half, quality of passing from the ruck has improved, and he is finding the gaps and providing good balls.



Dont let that stop you though.

just a quick question...to some posters why is anybody with a different opinion to themselves suddenly classed as a "fekwit"?

BTW Diskin had his nose pushed out of joint with the arrival of Buderus and his performances this season certainly did take a dip. Getting back to something like his true form in the last 2 matches.

Diskin has had some poor performances this season, as have a fair few in the squad.That is perfectly normal for a professional athlete, and as such is noted by the paying public. In his particular case, he's unfortunate that Buderus has been outstanding, and the team have looked better all round when he's on the field.This also has been commented on. It doesn't make Diskin a substandard RL hooker per se, but it does show that

there are some fans who still beleive that past performances are an indication of current form.



There must be something in the Batley water thats to blame for the amount of gormlessness to be found in that area.

Never had a problem with Diskin. He's no Buderus, but then, who is?

The problem is because Buderus is world class fekwits try to compare diskin to him, see that he's not as good then say "Oh, he's sh[ii[/it"



Diskin is and always has been a very good player.

As has been mentioned diskins form has suffered like many others has at times this year.

The thing with diskin is that buderus is world class which shows whether he is playing or not and this gets highlighted more in games such as wigan away where we completely lost the momentum when buderus went off.

However whilst this wasn't only diskins fault it's more noticeable because it's a pivatol position.

Hopefully diskin can continue his current form and the rest will be a distant memory.
