Excellent news, I've contacted YR several times asking them to try and get the RL comms, most matches will be Leeds too as we have the most fans and YR is a commercial station only interested in listener figures.

So does that mean we're all going to have to go DAB

Nope. What it will mean is that there will be more than one game getting decent airtime a week.

In other words, the first weekend they should be at Harlequins v Bradford or Wigan v Wakefield.

However, when they cover LUFC games it's not available through Sky as they don't have a national licence, so it's only on DAB. Don't know if RL will be the same, but if I had to guess I'd say it'll be on.

Yes, that's why I was checking, I knew about the problems with the LUFC coverage so wondered if it would be the same.

Correct young Matthew, we will try to go to a game not on Sky and perhaps not getting full match commentary elsewhere. However if there is a big all Yorkshire game that we could feature we may do that.



Our deal does not effect anyone else's.
