Wigan had every right to be over the moon, they've fallen at this hurdle so many times in recent years and when you think just 4 years ago they were nearly relegated. It's been quite a journey.

No sour grapes at all. The fans I 'met' after the match were a disgrace.

How is it arrogance that we are happy we won? We've not got past the semi the past 3 years in Super League and this year we have done it and its basically the same group of players and same group of fans who have been through those bad times. We are just chuffed to bits that we've got that one step further and everyone involved in the club knows that we havent won it yet - nothing arrogant about it just celebrating a good win against a champion team.
