I'd say 35 mins

Park in Castlefields. I'm sure someone better than me can provide directions.

I believe Castlefields is free on a sunday and it would be a 10 minute walk at the most



directions from the M62

Leave at junction 32 head towards the cas ground it is sign posted

first roundabout take the first turning (Glasshoughton)

second roundabout first turning Leeds road

past Glasshoughton WMC on the left

Take the first turning right after (Lisheen Ave)

Follow this road right to the end

straight on at the mini roundabout onto Vickers street follow this straight on at the major crossroads (ignore all the little street (still vickers street)

go to the end the car park is on the left



to walk from there you have a couple of optionsbut it may be best if I stick to the easiest

go under ticklecock bridge (under the railway)

not sure if the carlton lanes is open( if it go into there and take the first right and follow it right down to the exit by Argos this is the bridge street car park (where the road work are)

cross over bridge street and you will see Wheldon road from there its to the right



If the lanes are closed cross the car park at the back of the market and turn right go to the end of the short road there is a exit onto the paved area to the right take that go to the end take a right onto Carlton Street follow this all the way to the end and this is again Bridge Street and you will see wheldon road form there
