Top of the league...I'm getting a nose bleed up here

Typical early season fayre, but unlike other years, we were patchy but got a result.



I have said loads of times on here, if we could convert those hard done by losses, thats the difference between 8th to 12th or 6th to 8th. One swallow and all that, but we did enough. Decent in patches, poor in patches.....



Early season fayre! Happy though, I'd rather win ugly than be galant in defeat.



Most of all I am just glad to have rugby league to watch again!

Thought it was a pretty poor Cas team against a dreadful Wakefield one. The ref was poor for both sides, but i do think if he'd let the game flow you would have run in more. Rangi Chase is top drawer but I don't get how Huby gets a game for you. He looks like a really unfit pub player.

Well he was pretty close to man of the match and ripped you lot to bits up the middle so that doesn't say much about the Wakey team does it.

Like I said, it was a dreaful Wakefield side. It's going to be a long season for us. I can see you finishing above us, Quins and Catalans, but no higher.

so you are judging our season by 1 game which happens to be the first game of the season and not a full team at that as some of our players didn't play, i could do with buying a crystal ball from the same place you did.

It's only my opinion, and I'm only making it based on todays games.

So a pretty poor side that would have scored more had the ref not blown his whistle. So what would an extremely good side done to you? 150-6, like a cricket score?



I thought we looked quite good attacking wise, to be honest. Very dangerous and showed our strength in depth.

I did actually state at one point that Wigan could put 100 past us!
