Again not too surprised IF Bob left. You cant blame him for going where the money is. Has never let us down. I still hope he stays but if not then all the best Bob. I personally think the Salary Cap is way too low at this level especially if the top teams are looking at SL in a couple of years time. Its one of the many things in the game that I personally do not agree with.

Why would Bob go to a smaller club like Fev?

Why are Fev smaller? Similar Crowds, Well run club, Won the League and a very good coach. Fev have a wad load of cash free plus Briggs as freed much cash to sign a quality player. I doubt Fax can match what Fev have offered due to the cap etc.

My understanding is Dom was only released as he had negotiated a new club outside the UK. Bob IS STILL contracted and like all players is open to renegotiate the contract up or down!! As a few players have already pre season. If the players wish to not negotiate the club as long as keeps to the agreed contract is entitled to a fee from another club, unless an agreement has been made to release. My understanding is that negotiations were ongoing with the squad and those negotiations were now concluded? The squad was pretty much finalised. My head says Bob is tied to us this season now but I may be wrong?? A good gauge is if he is in the team tomorrow!!??
